Who is responsible

Nova Enginera AS, org.nr 931 677 411, Tønsberg, Norway is the data controller. Contact us through the contact form; we answer from a monitored mailbox, so you can simply reply to our e-mail.

What we collect and why

• Order data (name, email, country, payment details) is collected and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to complete your purchase. We never see or store your card details.
• Email address — used to deliver your download link, activation token, and licence file, and to answer support requests. Legal basis: performance of contract.
• Machine ID — a 12-character identifier of your computer, used solely to issue your machine-locked licence file. It cannot identify you personally on its own.

We do not sell personal data, run ads, or use tracking cookies.

Processors we use

• Paddle — payment and checkout (merchant of record)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel / Upstash — website hosting and activation-token storage

Retention

Licence and order records are kept as long as your licence is active, and accounting records are kept as required by Norwegian bookkeeping law (currently 5 years).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Use the contact form to exercise your rights.
