1. Who we are

Nova Workbench is operated by Nova Enginera AS, org.nr 931 677 411, Tønsberg, Norway. Reach us through the contact form.

Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase transaction.

2. What you buy

Our products are digital goods: SketchUp extensions (.rbz files) and related digital content. A plugin licence is perpetual and includes 12 months of updates from the purchase date. After that you keep the last version released within your update window.

3. Licence

Each licence is personal and locked to one computer via a machine ID. You get one free re-activation if you switch machines; contact us for further resets. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or your licence file. Every plugin includes a free 7-day trial before a licence is required.

5. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Enginera AS' total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts, with Vestfold District Court as the agreed venue where permitted.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
