- Which versions of SketchUp are supported?
- All current Nova plugins support SketchUp 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 on Windows and macOS. See each plugin page for specific compatibility.
- How do I install a plugin?
- After purchase, you receive a download link via email and in your Paddle account. The .rbz file installs via SketchUp's Extension Manager: Window → Extension Manager → Install Extension → select the .rbz file.
- How long do I get updates?
- 12 months from purchase date. After that, you keep your current version forever. When a major v2.0 ships, existing customers get a 50% upgrade discount.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plugin runs free for 7 days on first install — no licence file, no account, fully offline. After 7 days you need a licence to keep using it.
- What's your refund policy?
- 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Email support@novaworkbench.no with your order number.
- How does the licence work — one computer or many?
- A licence is locked to one computer. After purchase you get an activation token by email: install the plugin, copy the 12-character machine ID it shows, paste it on novaworkbench.no/activate, and download your nova.lic. You get one free re-activation if you switch machines; beyond that, email us and we'll reset it.
- Do you offer team or company licenses?
- Not yet. For now, each team member should buy their own license. Email us if you need 5+ seats and we can arrange a discount.
